We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. Please send an email to returns@hrfconcepts.com with the following information:
Make sure to put "return" in the subject line along with your order number. Include your First and Last Name as well as the email used to purchase the product and a brief description of the reason for return including pictures if applicable.
We do not cover return shipping and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returns should be sent in their original packaging or equivalent for protection. Damaged in transit returns will be either turned down for refund or only partially refunded.
You should receive a response within 24-48 hours.
